Financial Information

Payment is expected within 7 days of receiving the completed project. We allow time for questions and amendments to ensure the work meets your needs. We are happy to work with each individual to discuss payment dates.
If payment is not received within 14 days, a late payment fee may apply.
Work may be paused or withheld for unpaid invoices.
🌺 6. Client Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information and clear instructions
- Only submit material you have the right to use
- Review the completed work in a reasonable timeframe
- Respect payment terms
🌺 7. Limitations of Liability
While we always strive for accuracy and professionalism, MicronesianLanguage.com is not responsible for:
- Documents used for legal or official purposes without proper certification
- Errors resulting from unclear, incomplete, or incorrect information provided by the client
- Delays caused by late communication or changes requested after delivery
- Any consequential or indirect loss related to the use of our services
- If you require certified or notarised translations, please inform us before the project begins.

Some projects may be completed or supported by trusted subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
All subcontractors follow the same confidentiality and privacy standards.
🌺 9. Copyright & Ownership
You retain full ownership of all materials you provide.
We retain ownership of:
- Our logo, branding, and website content
- Any templates or tools used to deliver services
- Completed translations become your property once payment is completed.
🌺 10. Governing Law
These terms follow the applicable laws of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) unless otherwise required by your local jurisdiction.
