💬 Why is pricing not fixed?

Different jobs require different levels of expertise, time, and detail. A short personal letter and a legal contract, for example, require very different levels of work.

💬 Do you charge per word, per page, or per minute?

It depends on the service:

• Translation: Usually per word or per page
• Editing & proofreading: Per word or hourly
• Voice Over: Per script length or per finished audio minute
• Subtitling: Per video minute (including translation + timing)

We will always clarify which applies to your project.

💬 Do you offer discounts?

Yes — discounts may be available for:

• Large projects
• Ongoing clients
• Community organisations
• Educational and non-profit work

💬 How long does a quote take?

Most quotes are returned within a few hours, depending on the size and complexity of the request and time of day submitted. We take time zone differences into account and work to this also.

💬 Is my document kept confidential?

Absolutely. All documents, audio, and video files are handled with strict privacy and confidentiality. We are happy to work non-Disclosure agreements - a legal contract to keep information secret. 

💬 What are your payment terms?

Payment is expected within 7 days of accepting the completed project. When we deliver the work, we allow time for any questions or requested amendments to ensure everything meets your expectations. We will work with you on each project though and agree a payment date. 

If payment is not made within 14 days of the agreed date, a late payment fee may apply.

💬 What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal or Veem.
